HUGE Lost Scoop!

August 25, 2008

Woah Lost Scoop.  Ausiello is reporting that the one and only Michele Rodriguez will be appearing (most likely) in the 2nd episode of the season.  Clearly, she is dead so who knows how they will bring her back (Flash back story?,  Ghost friend of Hurley?).  Read alll the scoop over at Entertainment Weekly.

Emmy Nominations…

July 17, 2008

Well I was so excited for this day….but alas I am now sad.  We got a whole big SNUB for my favorite Friday Night Lights.  The one show who really needed the Emmy Nods.  Sigh — this will most likely be the end of FNL so enjoy it this season while it last.  Otherwise YEAH for Kristin Chenoweth, Matt Dillion, and everyone in John Adams.  BIG YEAH for American Idol & Ryan Seacrest (although secretly I think Jeff Probst should TOTALLY win for Survivior — he is the BEST host in the biz…)   I am also totally surprised Pushing Daises did not make the cut, I thought it would WIN jeeeze….

Lack of Updates

May 19, 2008

To say I’ve been busy lately is an understatement, and although it’s not a good excuse — it is mine.  Here are my brief thoughts on the last three note worthy tv episodes I’ve watched.

The Office – Season Finale
I have only seen Amy Ryan in Gone Baby Gone and I initially did not recognize her as the new HR person, but I thought she was excellent.  Who else LOVED her interaction with Kevin? I thought that storyline was amazing.  Sad…hahah for Kevin, but amazing. “I love pie”.  I felt AWFUL for Michael, and Dwight, AND JIM– I was like really? All three of them? Clearly Dwight got his revenge in the end, and that was sweet sweet justice.  You know who else got her justice? Phyllis!! AMAZING.  She was great in this episode.  I’m really glad they are letting the smaller characters get some air time (ala Meredith in the beginning of the season, and Stanley a few back).  Loved the whole episode and I found myself cracking up throughout the entire episode.

Lost
Ok I was BAWLING my eyes out in the first five minutes, when the Oceanic 6 all walked out of the plane.  NICE.  LOVED the Sawyer/Jack interaction.  LOVED Sun totally ripping her father a new one.  So excited for the season finale, and I’m so glad it’s not this week, but next — because I will be away!!

Gossip Girl
well…its was fairly good I suppose.  Totally loved Blair getting even with Georgina.  The whole Serena/Dan thing was a bit Marissa/Ryan for me.  And at a wedding? Come on Josh Schwartz…if they end next season with a death, I will highly doubt your creativity skills.  Chuck really had my roommate and I wrapped around his little finger.  We used to HATE him, and we ended up LOVING him.  Even at the end.. Sigh.  Good episode.  Last weeks was better tho.

Again, no American Idol recaps this week — because I’ll be at both show!!! Soo Go David Cook and I hope you guys all enjoy watching!!!!

Lost – Destiny, John – is a fickle bitch.

May 8, 2008

Ahh here we go. OH MOLE CLIP

We start with a girl who looks like she is in the 50s playing music.  She is going out with someone who is twice her age — this chick is named Emily. Oh and then she is in a car accident.  Well a car hits her.  Who the hell is this chick.  She says that she is pregnant, almost 6 months.  She give birth to a baby.  It’s a boy. they take the baby away and she says to name him John.  Oh so its a little locke.  Speaking of Locke — here he is with Hurley and Ben lokoing for Jacob.  Meh I hate Locke.  Apparenly the boys have no idea where they are going.

Ohh now we are back on the boat and Sayid wakes up Desmond because the helicopter is here.  They bring back all the bloodys from the Smook Monster.  Scary guy tells Sayid he must know who everyone on the island is and where they are.  Apparently they know that Michael is a spy.  Martin Kemie is the creepy guy, he tries to kill him and magically his gun doesn’t work.  Other creepy guy says we can’t kill Michael yet because he needs to fix the engines, because he is the one who broke them. Lost – A Proposal

May 1, 2008

Jack is unconsious still on the beach, until Juliet gets him to wake up.  Bernard is confronting Daniel about him saying that they aren’t here to save them.  Jack still does not look good.  He said that they will be ready and wating when the people on the boat come back for Daniel and Charlotte.  Jack collapses again.

Flash something to Jack naked in bed.  Ohh someones panties are on the floor.  What and toys are on the floor? Tell me he is at Kate’s house.  WHAAATTTT He is totally playing house with JULIET!!!!  And they have a kid!?!?!?  Oh no it’s Kate dude that totally sounded like Juliet.  hahaha.  So Kate and Jack get together after all.  I don’t know how happy I am about that.  I think I am a Kate/Sawyer lover what do they call them? Skaters? lol Read the rest of this entry »

Lost – A Game of Risk

April 24, 2008

Sooo excited for lost to be back. As always I’ll be live blogging so I apologize for my ramblings.

We start with Kate..tanning? Ohh shes making eyes at Jack ut oh. Jack is taking some antibiotics for his “stomach bug” hmm. Kate wants to know why they aren’t back from the boat yet. Annd then a man washes onto shore. He’s the doctor from the boat and his neck was slit.

On Locke Land hahaha Hurley, Sawyer, and Locke are playing Risk — I used to love that game. In the meantime ____ is being forced to turn the force field fence off, by guys with guns. Locke’s phone rings and it tells them that the code has been changed. Ben is playing the piano when Locke comes in and asks what Code 14J is — Ben freaks out gets a gun and says we need to get in the other house — because “They are here” AHH Read the rest of this entry »

Lost Madness!

March 21, 2008

So the Washington Post decided to do this online bracket (ala March Madness) of Lost characters.  It’s pretty funny.  But it’s almost over and it is down to the last two top characters:  Sayid vs. Desmond.  Maybe, like me you are saying, “WTF?  Obviously Sayid!!!!”  Well, Desmond is winning at this point!!! I KNOW, WTF???  So go here and vote for Sayid!!! (or, if you must, vote for Desmond, but I seriously doubt your judgement!)

Lost – I’ll say he’s a guy who gets what he wants

March 20, 2008

Well we begin seeing that previously on Lost there was this guy named Michael who killed Ana Lucia and Libby. Then Michael and Walt sail away to never never land.

We start with Claire and Aaron. Actually it looks like a group session hahah with Ben. Hey and Miles. Looks like Locke called everyone together to figure out the next move. He wants Miles to share with the rest of the group on why they (boat people) are (t)here, and he lets them know that they are there for Ben. Apparently thier orders are to kill everyone else once they get Ben. WOAH Ben tells them that the spy is Michael. I TOLD YA BITCHES. Read the rest of this entry »

Lost – I suppose you have some questions

March 13, 2008

Soo excited for this weeks episode — but according to my mother (who already watched it on the East Coast) there warrants a crying emoticon on AIM so I am quite nervous.

We begin on the boat. Frank is told by one of the boat goes to not be late..? And we meet Regina who is Australian? Frank brings food for Sayid and Desmond. Ok so Frank says that he didn’t leave the door open for them (MICHAEL COME ON). Back on the beach we see Jin and Sun. Awwwww Jin says in perfect English “Let’s pick out baby names” sooo cute. Sun doesn’t want to talk about names. She clearly has not told him shes gonna die if she doesn’t get off this island. Read the rest of this entry »

LOST – It’s hard being an other..

March 6, 2008

We being with a Juliet flashback to when she first got onto the island. Juliet is having a session with a woman named Harper who looks really familiar. Shes been on the island for a week. Juliet is a “big star” on the island apparently. Ben gives Juliet some flowers and a huge house. She said you shouldn’t have gone to the trouble shes only gonna be here for 6 months.

Back on the island Jin says that he saw Charlotte and Daniel going into the woods — so they begin a search to find them. *How do their tiki torches stay lit when its raining?* Oh Jesus Juliet is hearing voices — could it be Jacob? Ew no its Harper. creepy. She said that she has a message from Ben — that Charlotte & Daniel need to not do something or they will all die. Harper says to kill them and then she vanishes. Do we think the others know how to time travel or some shit — I know that’s far fetched but hey think of last weeks episode.

LB: Ok, one thing to point out is that Jack saw her too, so it wasnt just an aparition. Two – people always seem to come and go like that when it rains. Remember when Shannon died? It was raining and Walt appeared!! Read the rest of this entry »

March 3, 2008

Lost: The Constant

February 28, 2008

LOST

Well we see the guys on the helicopter. They approach a dark cloud. They hit some turbulence. We flash to Desmond looking awesome and in the ..Army? He says that he woke up from a dream *what we just saw about the helicopter*. Back to the dream – wait what? Desmond FREAKS out and starts unbuckling his seatbelt and asking Sayid how he knows his name. Who else is way confused? Read the rest of this entry »

Lost, The Economists

February 19, 2008

Pretty good episode. We find out who the next member of the Oceanic 6 is, and what their life has become since being “rescued,” and I use that loosely. Kristin and I will both try to post on this, since neither one of us wrote while watching! And as always, the juicy bits are below the jump, as I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t watched!

Kristin Edit: I was gonna add more to this but Lindsay pretty much covered it all — so we’ll just let her take this one :)

Lost – Character Information

February 19, 2008

Just an FYI for all of you Lost fans.  If you tuned in late, or are having trouble keeping up with all of the characters, Wikipedia has entries on all of the characters, telling their life story from before the crash to present.  If gives a little info on characters that will be reappearing this season also!  So check it out if, like me, you can’t remember why Sayid is chasing Nadia, or what Mr. Eko said before he died, or what on earth happened with Michael.
